Terms & conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Austral Expedition website and related services. By accessing our website or requesting information through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.
1. Services
Austral Expedition designs and operates curated motorcycle expeditions. Through our website, users can request information, initiate contact, and participate in an expedition selection process.
Austral Expedition is not a mass travel booking platform. Participation in an expedition is subject to availability, rider suitability, and confirmation by our team.
Certain services related to an expedition (such as accommodation, motorcycle rentals, or transportation) may be provided by trusted third-party partners.
2. Eligibility and Rider Responsibility
By participating in an Austral Expedition tour, you confirm that:
You meet the minimum experience requirements communicated for the expedition
You hold a valid motorcycle license applicable to the destination
You are physically and medically fit to participate in off-road motorcycle riding
Austral Expedition reserves the right to decline participation if safety, experience level, or operational considerations require it.
3. Requests, Bookings, and Payments
Submitting a request for information does not constitute a booking.
Bookings are only confirmed once:
Availability is confirmed
Terms specific to the expedition are accepted
Payment terms are agreed upon and fulfilled
Payment schedules, methods, and conditions will be communicated during the booking process. All payments must be completed according to the agreed terms to secure participation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the expedition and involved service providers.
Specific cancellation terms will be communicated prior to booking confirmation. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept the applicable cancellation and refund conditions.
Austral Expedition is not responsible for refunds affected by third-party provider policies, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Third-Party Services
Austral Expedition may act as an intermediary between participants and third-party providers, including but not limited to:
Motorcycle rental companies

While we carefully select our partners, Austral Expedition is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, or services provided by third parties.
